I've noticed this issue more than several times in the recent past.
Settings / Battery and device care / Battery / Power saving / is not enabled.
This isn't a major problem for me as I have more than enough capacity from my provider.
Just passin' this on.

Hello. I took it back to Samsung and they confirmed there was a problem with the phone, so they replaced it. The symptoms were quite clear, nothing I could have done.
