Wearable app suddenly stopped working on galaxy s22 ultra I have uninstalled and reinstalled but still won't open

I have reset my watch and now I can't use it until samsung sort the app out

Same here. Happened overnight Monday into Tuesday . First realised something was wrong when my wake up alarm didn't vibrate on my watch.

For those of you affected by this issue, please be aware that an update will be made available shortly to address the situation. To check for the update, please head to the Galaxy Wearable app > Menu > Settings > About Galaxy Wearable > Update. 

As a temporary workaround, please follow the steps below. 

  1. Home screen > Apps > Wearable > [Long press] > Uninstall
  2. [Pop-up] Wearable – Do you want to uninstall this app? Select ‘OK’
  3. [Pop-up] You can also uninstall other apps that work together with Galaxy Wearable. Select ‘Uninstall’
  4. Galaxy Store > Install Wearable app
  5. Confirm Watch initialisation (reset) when prompted (The option to transfer the watch will not work)
  6. Follow on-screen prompts to re-establish the the watch/phone connection

Can confirm that it is a date issue. I have set my phone back to December 29th 2023 and everything now works fine again.
