I've tried to delete my old voicemail notification even tbough I've deleted my messages, also tried by deleting the call setting app cache and data but still the old notification returns, any ideas please?

Hi, many thanks for your help, I've deleted the cache in phone settings app and restarted but the voicemail icon remains on the toolbar but states there's new voicemail message but there are no messages?
As recommended elaseware, I sent a voicemail to my number obviously from another mobile, opened it and then deleted it and it deleted the stuck notification on my Samsung s22
