S22 Ultra Notification Sound Issue

Hey y'all 👋🏽

After these last few recent updates all of my notifications keep reverting back to the default notification. Also, after I restart my phone it does that too. All of them are doing this except the ones that have an app provided sound. 

Is anyone else having this issue? Has anyone found a way to prevent this? My husband has the exact same phone but his isn't doing it.

I have the S22ultra and mine hasn't been like that. I am waiting for the April security patch, la's one was the March one and also waiting for the Software update Ui 6.1 when it gets decided to be released for my model.

Are you using some 3rd party app that specifically customises your notifications? I.E different sounds or effects. The app might not be optimised for the new update and hence the phone reverting back to default. If you have, then see if there are any updates for the app or reach out to the devs for support.

I'm not using a 3rd party app. I'll just keep changing them back I guess which is super annoying.

My ringtone continues to go silent despite my adjusting it to an audible level in the sound settings.  I'm not sure what causes it, but it makes finding the phone difficult when I try to locate it by calling the number.  The vibration, interestingly, is not affected.
