Connection/ mobile networks/ VoLTE calls.
Make sure network mode is set to either 5g/4g/3g or 4g/3g

This can sometimes depend on the usage stipulations by your network.

I'm using o2 in the UK and can be on a call and data connected.

No you don't have lte,even better 4g.
VoLTE it means : voice over LTE.
4g is a stronger signal than LTE

Ah ok .. i know what you mean !! But I am on dual sim and using Internet for Sim 1 and SIM 2 for calls

So when I make calls internet for SiM 1 does not work
