Hi @Nick0308c If Diagnostics does not reveal an issue try the following (if any you have not already tried)
Try a Forced Reset by holding the Volume Down and Power Buttons simultaneously for around 1o seconds until the Device Reboots. This reloads the software and can fix some issues. You could also try Turning Airplane Mode on and off followed by restarting your Device to see if that makes a difference.
Have you tried Resetting the Network Connections,General Management -Reset - Reset Mobile Network Settings or all Settings
You could try clearing the cache partition as some temporary cache files become outmoded/corrupt.
1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer , other Device or TV USB, Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.
However you may need to Factory Reset as suggested .
Otherwise send an Error Report Samsung Members-Support- choose appropriate category, detail the issue and ensure system logs are attached. You could also seek an inspection.
