Update SIMs menu

Can you please make this menu do its the checking in the background and not always pop-up when I trun on the phone? Also can it be done through the Wi-Fi calling? I have one eSIM so that's why it's happening.

Very annoying isn't it. Pops up after reboot. I'm using physical and Esim

Didn't they fix this a few patches ago? Not it doesn't pop up on startup. S22 Ultra.
