I trying to install Samsung pay and the Galaxy store says that:

This content isn't compatible with your phone, Contact your service provider to ... See pic

The phone is a UK S22 ultra.

Yes, it is a UK phone, bought on Amazon, sold by Amazon. It has the latest firmware and apps. I had installed it before but I reset the phone.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that it does install from the Google Play store. I just find a bit odd that a Samsung App from the Samsung store does not work as it should. I wanted to check why the Galaxy Store does identify the phone properly and allowed me to download it from there.

By the way, I have tried using wifi and mobile data. My wifi has an UK IP, but I thought that using data could help but it did not.

Wi Fi connection doesn't affect Samsung Pay, but the SIM card inserted into the device does.

This all sounds weird.

The official FAQ of Samsung Pay UK say that the application is avabilable on the Galaxy Store for UK devices: if you'd like, you may send an error reporting via Samsung Members about this issue.

You can try again searching for Samsung Pay on the Galaxy Store (better if you record the screen while doing it) and within 3 minutes, open an error reporting going to Samsung Members, Assistance Tab, Error report, Application and describe that with your UK phone with a UK SIM card you have had this issue (better attaching log data and Software Info screenshot).

Samsung Members Team and R&D members will appreciate the reporting :smiling-face:
