Terrible night videos/pictures galaxy s22

Hello, guys. I've tried looking for this on the internet but didn't find any information. My husband owns a galaxy s21 and his camera is WAY better than mine, which I don't get. 

At night the lights all seem a little blurry.  Look at this video that I made. The same location when I tried my husband's phone wasn't like this. The settings are the same. We checked. Isn't mine supposed to be better because is newer? Can anyone help me, pleaaase?

First thing and I'm sure that you have done this. But clean the camera lenses.
Also if you have come in from a cold environment, you can get a bit of condensation build up on the lenses until they reach room temperature
Have you tried removing the phone case and see if that makes a difference. Sometimes the flash can reflect off the more shiny or bulky cases
