It's a pretty bizarre situation... suddenly the charger I bought new from Samsung when connected to a phone only shows 'fast charging' and not 'super fast charging' any longer. In the past of course it was always showing 'super fast charging' when connected to any S22.
Now it is definitely the charger that developed the problem, not the phone nor the cable. I have two S22 phones (ultra and plus) and two superfast chargers (well, now, seems only one superfast and one fast LOL). Both phones show superfast charging with the second charger, and also if the cables are swapped, the first charger still shows 'fast' while the second as expected 'superfast'
The charging time difference is rather negligable (only the info shown, not actually measured) - superfast on empty S22 ultra shows 1h5m, while fast shows 1h9m.
The charger has no physical damage, and usb c connector does not seem to be dirty or anything. Any ideas how to make it go back to 'superfast' charging mode?
