Sorry for the unexpected message but have you tried uninstalling apps?

No worries, if you have lots of photos I would recommend to delete some, you can delete any number in your choice.

Mind telling me what your one ui is?

No worries, might be a app that takes lots of storage,

Nevermind, I found the answer from Google:
If you have enough storage space on your device but cannot update the software, you can try updating in Safe mode. 1 Press and hold the Volume down key and the Side key. 2 Select Power off. 3 After the screen turns off, press and hold the Volume down key and the Side key at the same time.

There's not enough free space to download the update. You'll need to transfer some of the videos and photos onto a pc or laptop. Alternatively you need some on line backup like Google photos or Microsoft one drive. You get about 5gb backup Free but you'll probably need to pay for more online storage. You can then delete some of them to gain extra space. Also look at deleting some apps to free up space.
