S22.

2 years of use.

Updated on 12.2024 and problems started.

Reboots and freezes.

I deleted some applications and cleaned my phone.

It didn't help.

I didn't think this could happen.

Well ok. If the problem is not solved, then I will use other devices from Chinese brands.

Samsung will have to look for other sponsors.

@Schillerr

Hello, and allow me to warmly welcome you to the Samsung Community Forum section for UK and EU 👋

It might be helpful to post your post in your regions section of the Samsung Community Forum for a more appropriate detailed answer.In the interim, please try these general troubleshooting steps.

1. Safe Mode > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ disables downloaded apps and themes etc., which can highlight the application or topic that is causing the conflict. Alternatively, long press the power button and then long press power off to enter Safe Mode.

2 Clear cache files from phone system partition partition > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may  need to insert headphones or connect to a powered laptop or use the TV's USB port to access the "Wipe Partition" section. This can help with lag or stuttering as it clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files. There is also a "Repair Apps" option in the menu system {Possibly excluding s24 series of phones}

3. Backup and factory reset but then don't use

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Good day.

It doesn't help at all

It started again yesterday morning. I deleted the clock and weather widget.

I also deleted the hungouts program.

Strangely, the phone has not been overloaded since then.

There were no bootloop. Maybe it's just a coincidence

I somehow downloaded it to turn off my Wi-Fi. I was stuck at the very start. I had to put it in the fridge. After that, the download went through and the Wi-Fi was turned off.

For now, I'm choosing a Chinese.

I also noticed that if I turn on the Ram+ function, the phone gets even worse. You turn it off, it comes to. Specifically, they ruined our phones. Crooked arms appeared in Samsung apparently.

I put my phone in flight mode in the morning. I'm using another one for now. nothing happens. it didn't bootloop. It's lying cold. the battery is almost never discharged. wonderful.

I'm still experimenting with the old S22.

It's been in flight mode for 15 hours. It's cold. Does not make Bootlop.

The battery won't run out. 10% spent in 15 hours.

I poke around there periodically. Surprisingly.

brick. ha-ha
