So we going to miss our free gifts?

So obviously no news on when I'm going to receive my device's both s22 ultra and tab S8 ultra.

What concerns me more is that the deal runs out start of next month, because I don't have the IEMI number for both devices I can't get the headphones and the keyboard cover case.

So knowing the situation obviously I won't get my device and I won't get my free gifts which I'll be pretty annoyed about. It's obviously not the whole reason I got the device's but it's nearly 400£ worth of free stuff and the reason for pre ording was for that and the trade in.

For god I'm hoping that Samsung will allow people to claim after the dates especially if they're the ones that didn't deliver the products needed. In fact I hope they compensated us more!

We'll be lucky if they even give us the things we've paid for, let alone getting anything extra out of them!

The whole process has been a joke so far. Delays are one thing, but that is no excuse for how they handled the situation. Lack of information, notifications, witholding devices, no support, no call backs, no replies to emails.

When you consider they'll currently offer you a Tab S8 Ultra for next day delivery on the wesbite, but aren't fulfiliing *pre orders* for these devices it's clear at this stage the whole thing is nothing short of a scam.

Honestly agree, the whole thing feels like I've been scammed out of 1.5k, 4 times it's been delayed now and I just want my ***** devices.

I wouldn't mind it if they treated us with respect and put out a statement online stating WHY they have not fufiled pre-orders to date but yet still sell both devices on there website? Like if it was to do with chips then they should of never released the device's of they couldn't fill the ***** orders. If it's a software issue then it still doesn't warrant not sending the device's even if they arrive glitchy it's better than it not arriving at all!

Absolutely a disgrace, I think if they deny the gifts then I'll just send everything back because I'd rather not own device's from a company that screws there customers over than much, it's such a pity because I love Samsung but this has honestly made me start to like apple which I absolutely hate, atleast they fufiled orders lmao.

The free gifts are claimed from date of order not date of delivery... you then have 60 days to register after delivery.

The terms say you have until the 25th April to claim. I know some parts of the website claims 60 days of delivery, but it is not what the full terms say. It would have to be some leap of faith to believe they won't quote you the terms and give you nothing considering how they are treating customers for things they've actually paid for.

For the keyboard cover for example:

"Claims must be submitted between 00:01 (GMT) on 25th February 2022 and 23:59 (GMT) on 25th April 2022 (the "Claim Period"). Claims received outside the Claim Period will be marked as invalid and will not be accepted."

The claim period is for ordering the phone to claim the gifts....anybody ordering a phone after the 25th April will not be able to claim for gift.

Nope, you are incorrect. The "claim period" is the period to submit a claim. The "Promotion period" is the period you can place an order to still be able to claim (within the claim period).

The claim periods are different depending if you ordered a phone, or a tablet and whether or not that tablet was a pre-order. Tablet keyboard claims close on the 25th April. You already needed to have ordered by the 25th February. So what happens if you ordered before the 25th February, but don't get your device until after the 25th April? The terms say you get nothing.
