SkyGo wont run on Samsung S22

SkyGo wont run on Samsung S22. When it loads it displays -20190000 error message and requests you to retry but nothing happens. 

Is there a fix for this?

Problem with the app itself ? Did you try reinstalling

Hi @AndyCap99  If reinstalling/clearing cache  and Data/restarting does not provide a solution you could try the Beta app.  This is being recommended  by a Moderator for this error on the Sky forums, currently being investigated by the Developer Team. The software version for the  Sky Go Beta is  22.10.1

I do not have an issue on S21 Ultra though.

Thanks, clearing cache and data and reinstalling it doesn't fix it

I'll try the beta out.

I have found an odd workaround for the developers to be aware of....

If you install the app widget and add it to the home screen...... then start the app to the error message Screen then ..... Double click the widget and it takes you onto the app circumventing the error message screen, Result!
