I can appreciate how frustrating this must be for you, and understand the importance of retaining your own personal information on the phone.
Hopefully you did set up Samsung Cloud and set up Onedrive or one of the other vaults such as Dropbox to back up your data. 🤔
I assume using Samsung SmartSwitch via a PC won't work.
Samsung will typically fully reset / flash the phone as a first step which will delete your information.
