Hi.
I have just received my shiny new S22 Ultra. The sim card goes in fine and the phone recognises the card. Phone Shows my number and the provider. Mobile data is highlighted but calls and messages are greyed out. I can't seem to change it. I have tried all sim settings. reset the phone. done the updates. but nothing seems to work. Any ideas??
I have put the sim back into my S20 ultra 5G and it still works fine.

Hi Pete. I have tried that. turning off and back on.. I've tried the reset button too.. but nothing seems to work. I know the sim isn't faulty.. and my phone is recognising the sim and the provider and my mobile number.. just can't make or receive calls. I'm hoping it's something simple I have missed and you guys can help me.

yes, it's my existing sim from my original phone. It's back in my old S20 ultra again as I need my phone for business calls.

ah.. ok.. thank you. I thought that was why I can't make or receive calls.. obviously that's not the issue then.. my sim is working in my old phone.. just can't make calls or receive in my new phone. frustrating.
