Hey all I recently bought a contracted pay monthly Samsung Galaxy S22, Ad soon as I received the phone my issue arose, randomly resetting and heating up, on phone set up, Took ages to get the phone set up, Now it's been a few weeks and the issue still persists I've tired literally everything reseting, factory reset, updates. Resetting settings nothing is working, the phone also resets but resets multiple times more on the android start up. I have no idea what to do

Yeah sorry just saw your other comments.
Could it be a third-party app?

I've tested recovery mode. The issue still happens so it must be a manufacturer issue

Yeah I mean if you have tried all these methods then it does sound like you have a faulty unit.
Can you return it to your provider?

They've directed it to Samsung, they want Samsung to deal with the issue because its a faulty unit they've sent out, probably means there's probably more out there running on the same faulty software mine is.

Or they are just passing the blame on.
Because you got the phone through your network provider and not Samsung directly it's down to them to fix it not Samsung.

Samsung has offered to look at it and fix the issue for no charge.

Try Safe Mode please.

Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict.

If this does not help along with the other troubleshooting tips you've tried then a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre will need hands on.

I wish you all the best. Take care.  😎
