Pricing on something

So I was talking to my friend who has an issue with their camera and we can't solve it, so we came to the conclusion it would be best to take it to a samsung shop and try get a consultation on it and since it's a software issue I don't really know how much they would charge for the whole deal, this is a uk post so prices in GBP is preferred but was just wondering how much it would cost them to get it seen and sorted

You would be best to contact Samsung direct and provide the relevant information to be able to get a price, this is a community forum so we do not have access to all pricing etc
