Hi, @krajusr. If you input an incorrect PIN or password on the Secure Folder sign-in screen, the "Forgot PIN" or "Forgot Password" option will typically appear as a clickable link underneath the box where you input these details.
Are you not getting this option at all?

That's strange, @krajusr. Have you had a chance to implement the steps provided in the guide below (created by our friends at Samsung Australia)?:

I'm having the same issue. I don't remember my password and it's not giving me the forgot password option. I am up to 2 hours before I can try in. I just want to Uninstall this because it is now becoming a nuance.

Same problem here, I forgot my password. I can also try next password afters some hours. There is no "Forgot PIN" or "Forgot Password" link when I enter my password and it fails. I saw this link in YT tutorial videos, but in my app it's not appearing. Are there any constraints / conditions what properties or settings the secure folder must have to make this link visible or not?
I tried clear data and cache of secure folder app several times. It's not changing anything for me when doing that.

Me too, it's not working at all for me. Now I'm up to a 2 hr wait and still getting no "forgot password" option

Same issue. Don't know my password. No option to reset it. Completely stuck. Seems to be a lot of us with the same problem. Hoping someone has a solution.

'Forgotten Password/PIN' option is ABSOLUTELY NOT appearing !
