😞Really? Can you try to install Samsung SmartSwitch on both your computer and phone and see in you can get updates from your computer, using Samsung SmartSwitch? this is how you can break free of being dependent from your operator

If o2 supplied your phone then it will have it's own csc code which may mean it has it's own update schedule as some networks request to samsung to hold off sending out the update to their branded phone's while they check it does not clash with their networking apps and features.

An update isn't sent out on a specific date to hit phone's by Samsung.
We are aware of a timescale it's released and then it hits phone's dependant on phone model, serial number and region.
Best practice is to keep checking your phone's software updates section, have auto download on and sometimes using Samsung Smartswitch can help.

any windows 10 computer will do good job for you. mo matter how old or new, laptop or desktop, will work nicely with Smartswitch for Windows 🙂
