I have a S22 Ultra that has got screen burn on it and am wondering if it is covered under warranty?
I still have seven months left of the two year warranty for a S22 Ultra, so I can put it in for a repair if it is.
I am checking first, as I've read multiple places saying it is and some saying it isn't etc, however I don't want to get it repaired and then be lumbered with a bill for it as it is not actually covered.
The phone itself is not in use for enough hours continously, so for the screen to get burnt is a surprise, it only gets used for a few hours a day and even that is on and off during those hours, never left on constantly.
Would Samsung say it is down to misuse and not an actual screen fault that the warranty covers?
What I would do is contact Samsung by private message on social media and they should be able to help I recommend using X formerly known as Twitter but if you haven't got that I would then contact them by Instagram.
