Visit Samsung Service Centre. Since it is a hardware issue, Samsung will replace it for free.

If the warranty has not yet expired better use it now. They will replaced your screen display with brand new amoled and also sometimes they also replace other parts like for others battery, mine was the charging port. This is a defect of the AMOLED that is why avoid using the phone at max brightness because this causes the burn-in they said.

I did visit the Service Center. As my phone is out of warranty (more than 1 year since I purchase) they are asking me to pay for replacement.

Its out of warranty so they are asking me to pay more than 20K INR for replacement. I don't understand it all started all of sudden, that too after patch update. How can it be Hard ware Issue? Using its display at standard settings its working fine for now.

Hi
I had also exactly the same problem that came after I updated the June patch, it happens for my s22 ultra. The sad thing that I worried about is my phone warranty is over, and I am afraid Samsung must ask for paid service which is getting worse because this problem arises because of these guys.
Please let us know if one get any solution or Samsung acknowledge to repair it free like s20 model.
Pathetic experience.
