Hey,

Is anyone getting an issue with the S22 ultra where it freezes and then restarts constantly.

This happens when using it and when it's in my pocket.

Thanks

No I'm not experiencing this @Courtzz01

If I was I'd perform the following in order.

> https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to hook up to a Computer or insert your earphones to enter into recovery mode.

> https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ will help to highlight if an app or theme etc is potentially causing issues.

> Back up and factory reset.

> Let a Samsung Service Centre have hands On.

I wish you all the best.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Return for a refud, as long as you hit the 21 days return period samsung will only offer repair your phone and that can take weeks...

I've had it longer than 21 days unfortunately. Thought it may of been fixed with a software update.

No, just be told to try it without a case on and send away for repairs which I don't ideally want to do

Don't expect to receive any help from Samsung here, they're "Apple-ing" this thing for quite a while. Your problem is not real in short. So don't expect that resetting and all that trouble will work in any way or fork.

Never depend on tools, only on brains, your own specifically, do your home work!
