No I'm not experiencing this @Courtzz01
If I was I'd perform the following in order.
> https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to hook up to a Computer or insert your earphones to enter into recovery mode.
> https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ will help to highlight if an app or theme etc is potentially causing issues.
> Back up and factory reset.
> Let a Samsung Service Centre have hands On.
I wish you all the best.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Don't expect to receive any help from Samsung here, they're "Apple-ing" this thing for quite a while. Your problem is not real in short. So don't expect that resetting and all that trouble will work in any way or fork.
