Aye, S21 Ultra..
Bought during the pre-purchase direct from Samsung.
Delivered okay, used for a couple of days and the cover Bought with it scratched the screen.
Samsung Shop agent said return for exchange so off it went.
No stock... that went on for weeks.
Lots of emails & phone calls led to a refund, but had to send back the promo gizzits that came with it before getting the refund.
More emails & phone calls resulted in a refund on the phone AND a credit note to the value of the promo gizzits.
Had already bought another S21 Ultra off the bay that also came with the promo gizzits at less than the original price!
Refund stayed in the bank, credit note Bought a Samsung Classic Pro Watch.
Result.
