Samsung S22 - don't buy

BAttery only last couple hours.. its worse than cheap high street phones

Have you put power saving mode on and put apps u don't use to deep sleep?

I got s23 base model it's good.
I heard s22 plus had issues but hopefully your phone gets better in time

I always get on contract but If the situation different sim free carphone warehouse or any other third party secured retailer

Nothing wrong with my S22 Ultra, bought it when they were first released.
If anything, I'm beginning to think that in a lot of respects it's a better phone than my S23 Ultra

You must have been unlucky, Overall they have been okay with me (check my posting history for the back story)
Although, I would say you do need to be somewhat patient and very persistant with them! Also helps to keep records and don't hesitate to escalate to the next level of management!

Good for you but if you need to contact them for any issues.. they won't care. Samsung customer service worse the any high street retailers
