However clearing the cache partition can help with lags/restarts and is recomended after updates. Follow these steps:
1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer , other Device or TV USB, Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.
A Factory Reset would be the next step (after backing up).
However if no resolution and disabling wifi does not make a great deal of difference (not ideal anyway) I sugguest you send an Error Report,Go to Samsung Members-Support-Send Feedback-lock up/Restarting, include details and be sure to include the system logs.
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

If it was a third party app issue it would would expect it to be consistent when WiFi is disabled as well.
I haven't installed any new apps recently, everything is usually up to date as new updates come out.
No storage issues, have wiped the cache partition with no improvement.

If they don't acknowledge it and fix it I have no more trust in Samsung. And will not buy their products again.

Same issue here. Definitely the update. I've actually accessed the log files on my device and can pinpoint the exact update which bricked my device - of course Samsung don't acknowledge this. Keep emailing, keep escalating. If you are from the UK send me a dm / check your DMs and hopefully we can figure out what to do together

I have had same problem since last week. Done all these things, still an issue.
Safe mode it crashed in, so told it was not 3rd party app. Then next agent told me to try maintenance mode... then said because it didnt crash it IS 3rd party app. Told me to either do a factory reset or send phone off which will do the same...

Annoying but good to see it's not just me. Samsung updates did this to other series phones in Oct23... but first now it's our turn... i can't see that Samsung ever fixed that one either...
Loved this phone, such a shame and was all for sticking with samsung... now though...
