Samsung pay won't let me put my post code in

I've tried using some methods but my post code is six letters but I can only put in 5 and my post code has letters in it so I can't put my card on

Yes I'm UK based and I'm trying to put in my post code and I can only use numbers

Just found out that samsung pay doesn't support my card didn't tell me that

I have the exact same problem in Canada. brand new Galaxy. S24, try to enter my debit card into Samsung Pay, it asks for the postal code and will only accept numbers. Only offers me a number keyboard. If I type the postal code in another app to copy the postal code to my clipboard, I'm still unable to paste it enter the mandatthy Into postal card field because it contains letters. absolutely ridiculous!!
