Hi, my S22+ dual sim will not allow me to add an esim. When I press the add button I get loading for a couple of seconds then nothing. It is also sometimes not identifying my physical sim either, even though phone and data works on it. So far I have tried:
Reset all settings to default.
Reset network settings
Rebooting (8+ times, this temporarily re-adds my physical sim)
Full factory reset
Safe mode
Removing sim and placing in other slot
Unfortunately I am abroad which is why I wanted the esim to begin with. So no access to my old phone or a computer.
Any help would be much appreciated
Alex

Sorry I am confused
You say your phone doesnt recognise the sim yet you have phone and data services? It has to be able to recognise it for you to have any phone services
Also are you trying to convert existing sim or getting a new one? New esim from where you are abroad?

I completely agree. I am too.
It's not identifying the sim in the sim manager but phone/data still works. I am trying to add an esim and it is failing so I expect the invisible sim has something to do with it
