It’s hard to believe how such a major brand like Samsung could make such a huge mistake. After the One UI 7 update, my device became unusable. It restarts itself over  10 times an hour, overheats, and starts lagging within 5 minutes. Looking at the forums, people have been complaining about this issue for months and it's still unresolved. Seeing ridiculous suggestions like "clear the cache" is honestly frustrating. I've never used any other smartphone brand in my life, but after today, I’ll be rethinking that decision. Hopefully, I won’t see more of those “useless” solutions under this post too :smiling-face:

Me too faced the same issue with my S22 ultra after updating it to One UI 7. My device restarts itself again and again like 8 to 10 times and now it's dead and my device is at samsung offical service centre Agra ( India ). They called me and said that motherboard got damage and need to replace which will cost around 41k. I mean what who's fault it was and why will I pay. I mean a software which is provided by samsung effected the device hardware badly that it got dead and samsung is charging me 41k for fixing it, same on you Samsung same on you. You  created the problem and you are letting us suffer and also you are expecting us to pay for the repair also great.

Samsung should fix all the issues which is generated by an update and should apologize to all customers who are tolerating this sudden failure of their devices.
