Accidental damage sounds like you're after insurance. Warranty covers faults and defects.

Hi @Zaid

Your phone comes with a Limited 2 year manufacturers warranty. This does not cover accidental damage.

So are you wanting Samsung Care+ ?

You have a timeframe of 6 months if bought from another retailer from delivery of the phone to add this even if you've opened the phone and started to use it. 👍

Have a look in your Samsung Members App.

Also look at what Samsung Care+ covers and does not cover, the Terms and Conditions and Excess fee's.

Other options would be to add a standalone phone insurance or see if any Household insurance covers the phone and some Bank Accounts provide cover as a perk of the account.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
