HI. I RECEIVED MY NEW GALAXY S22 ULTRA DEVICE YESTERDAY. I TRANSFERRED ALL TO THE NEW DEVIE FROM MY USED SAMSUNG GALAXY S10 PLUS. HOWEVER, I AM TRYING TO SEND IT. BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY EMAIL OR ANY INFO FOR TRADE-IN. HOW I WILL DO MY TRADING. ANY IDEA?
CAN NOT FIND ANY EMAIL OR ANY DETAILS IN MY SAMSUNG ACCOUNT. NEED HELP

Hopefully. But the issue is according to the website I must send the trade in package within 15 days after receiving the new device. Otherwise I am not entitled to the trade in.
