s22 ultra continually starting not been able to use it since bought in June

If this was happening since purchase and boot up then really the phone should have been returned to the merchant.
Have you tried a hard reset ?

If this does nkt work and you can't gain access to the phone then your next course of action is to contact Samsung directly.
