Hi @Steph36900  Sometimes there can be conflicts with 3rd party apps ,an idea to try in Safe Mode https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/

If  not having  restarts whilst in safe Mode this would suggest a 3rd party app or theme may be the issue. can you pinpoint any you have installed lately.  Are you apps in addition to software also all up to date?  Do you have a lot of apps running when the issue  is occurring ? In Device care could also free up memory  by closing Background apps periodically.

know you have Factory Reset, It would also be an idea to clear the cache partition as this can help with lags,  temporary cache files are deleted but your Data is intact.   Follow these steps:

1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer or plug in USB-C Headphones , Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release all three keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.

Howver if not resolved go to Samsung Members-Support-Error Reports-Lockup/Restarting and ensure that the system logs are attached.

This is a widely reported issue that Samsung isn't acknowledging. It asked me to send log files and reported back that it's a hardware issue. I don't believe it is: too many people all became affected by immediately following the September update for it to simply be a coincidence that the hardware has failed at exactly the time the update arrived.

Same thing happened to me. Restart loop, wifi turns itself off. I couldn't use my phone. It all happened about 2 months after warranty so i didn't want to pay for new motherboard (i read that's what causes problems) but i don't think that's  a hardware issue, as you said, too many people had the same problem. I bought s24 plus. S22+ is in the box, i  don't know what to do with it tho.

There is some issue with the WiFi as part of the problem. I'm not using WiFi at the moment and the phone is more reliable as a result. I'm waiting for the October update to see if it fixes the problem and then I'll invite the IT press to investigate because there's something suspicious with all the office breaking just outside warranty. Ultimately, I feel this might be planned obselesce, and if so, then I'll probably make the switch to iPhone.

I am facing the same issue...after updating the(March 2025 update) phone crashing randomly, tried restarting it and every solution available on the internet but the issue is not resolved.

previously last year after updating the phone (same s22 ultra) display issue came around the front cam, service center didn't replace my display for free. I had  20,000 INR to replace the display.

Very disappointed for Samsung after buying a flagship phone we have to face these issues.

Shifting from Samsung and I will never recommend it to anyone!

I attended the Samsung service center just now and they informed me the motherboard problem exists.
following the 2024 software update, I experienced a display issue that cost me 20,000 INR. Now, following the March 2025 software upgrade, they recommend replacing the motherboard.
I was a fan of Samsung phones and had recommended them to many of my friends and family.
However, Samsung phones are unreliable and not recommended.
Shift to another company as soon as possible.
