S22 Ultra Telephoto Lens Downgrade??

According to this link the telephoto lenses on the S22 ultra are lesser than the S21 ultra.

S21u:

Pixel size: 1.22 microns

Sensor size: 1/3.24

S22u:

Pixel size: 1.12 microns

Sensor size: 1/3.52

Am I correct in thinking the S22u has smaller pixel size than S21u and smaller sensor size? (On telephoto lenses)

What does this actually mean?

I seen similar videos where the youtuber says the most gains are in the main lens and the selfie lens as that's what most people use. The 3x and 10x not so much.

There is a massive difference in up to 10x zoom clarity on the S22 Ultra vs S21 Ultra. 22 is just clearer/sharper all round.
