Turns out "shipping to your country" was a big lie. I spoke to 2 cs reps and they said theyre not sure where i got my information from as it says on their system i havnt even been allocated a phone. I had to send them a screenshot showing my order tracking. They had no response apart from il be given an update within 48 hours which is absolutely riddiculous. They me and the cs rep know i will not get an update and i will have to call again and be told to wait another 48 hours for an update.
Samsung is acting like i am asking for too much when i ask about an update..
Beyond belief!
