My previous s21 ultra device was excellent. Still excellent. And from the s22 ultra so far I'm not happy. The most expensive device full of mistakes 😞😞 GPS is not work good. I have Snapdragon version.

I have tried few workarounds - no result so far. I Had S3 Note3 S7Edge Note9 Note10+ and it was all ok with them ingeneral. Now... after 10+ generations of Galaxies its just a DISASTER. It was first and last preorder from Samsung. I hope after this year they will finally close Exynos project. Exynos = problems, its all clear now.

Yep I tried and it didn't fix

That update has no fix for the gps issue. I've gone a week no problems then it stops again unless I restart. I updated that update 3 weeks ago.

I gave up trying to fix this. Remote tech and samsung centre couldn't fix. I guess it's just wait for next update. I just restart every morning then gps lasts my working day. Other than that phone is great.

Hi, I got the same issue with lock screen, it freezes for 1 - 2m sometimes. Bit annoying.

Restarting your phone will help but you'll have to do it daily. It's bloody awful for such an expensive phone but this is what we get.

I have both the S21 Ultra - fully updated, with One UI4.1 and its latest patches and the S22 Ultra.
S21 Ultra which is working absolutely great and perfect, i cannot detect any real issues like lagging screen, or GPS, issues, unreasonable battery drain, inconsistent HDR of the camera..... THe S21 is a reliable workhorse, it works, it simply works.
The Exynos version of the S22 Ultra is full of problems - unreasonable battery drain, GPS signal. Samsung promised patch as fast as possible, but considering that today is 27th of March this as fast as possible will become the regular April patch. I hope it fixes both issues with the GPS and Power drain.

I have the same issue an i monitor the topic and development closely.
Samsung knows about the issue, and already works on a patch to fix it.
I assume that the patch will be part of regular April updates schedule.
There is no permanent workaround solution to the issue. All Workarounds are only temporary remediation, but issue comes again later.
