Hi all,
Recently got an S22 Ultra as a present. It works fine, but I'm having issues connecting to my mobile data. It works on my other phone (an A13) perfectly fine. The phone isn't locked.
I've exhausted everything that the simcard provider has told me to do (Reset mobile connections, perform a 'manual roaming', etc)
I am on the edge of moving from Samsung. Any ideas on what to do, please?

A few things to check:
- what network is the phone set to (5g, 4g etc)
- 5g isn't always great so consider changing to 4g
- do you have any DNS? Usually on auto but can try turning it off briefly to see if it resolves
Hard to diagnose a possible problem at this point - this is based on the assumption that you have a data plan and a signal.
Do you have any issues with WiFi?

I have a data plan, and signal.
It is Giffgaff (runs on the O2-Network.
DNS? I shall have a look. Thank you for your quick reply 😊

Check all the settings on your other phone in settings, connections, mobile networks, access point names. Make sure there all the same on your S22 ultra as your other phone.
