Facing issues after OneUi 7.0 update.

Its not booting properly also sometimes stuck in #Boot Loop, #freezes, # Apps crash frequently.

#Process isn't responding 

#System Ui isn't responding 

#One ui home isn't responding 

Service Center told Ram Issue so whole #motherboard has to be changed.

Its happing to many customers.

# Samsung should provide free of cost repair as the issue is solely caused by updating to Official 7.0 Stable version.

Samsung should be #SUED over this issue as it is happening because of their so called STABLE update..

Hi again,

I unlocked bootloader, installed TWRP and from it I did a full wipe with format /data.

I'm now having big difficulties to install a custom ROM because the phone is still bootlooping.

It might end up booting in the end but in this state (no ROM installed and full data wiped) it seems obvious that the only reason left for crashing et rebooting is hardware problem.

I can now only buy a new phone (Pixel this time!).

My s22 ultra keeps locking itself. Like i an doing smth on my phone and suddenly it locks. 

 

It happens multiple times in an hour. It is getting crazy

The oneui 7 update broke my s22 ultra too, now it's unusable - and out of warranty period too... Worked perfectly on oneui 6, started freezing after the update, hard to even navigate the phone as actions can take between 5-20 seconds. Tried cache wipe, full reset, with smart switch transfer, without and nothing seems to be working. Super frustrated currently and likely won't be buying another Samsung after my phone was purpusefully destroyed by a software update.

My phone started to reset to main blocked screen every 10-20 minutes. Will you give me back my money Samsung?

I have the same issue. It started after updates of ONE UI 6.1, waited for the ONE UI 7.0 the problems we're greatly reduced. Then a "security update" followed soon after and the problems reoccurred again. Phone crashing 6 to 8 times a day. Saying some apps are cause crashes, then it stated the app: camera app from samsung... PLEASE FIX or you will loose another customer.

My S22 ultra is dead. Firstly My device was starting freezing and restarting randomly like 2 to 3 times a day. Then suddenly one day it continuously restarting itslef again and again like 8 to 10 times and after that phone never switched on. I faced this issue after updating it to One Ui 7 and may security update in june 2025 before that i was using my device perfectly, there was no single issue regarding anything.

 

I visited the service center and after 2 days they told me that there is motherboard fault and battery fault on my device, and repairing cost is 44 k aprrox.

 

I just got frusted after listening it, i mean whose fult it was, Since this issue occured after updating it One UI 7 Samsung should take responsibility about this we payed lots of money and it was your falgship device., samsung cannot deny just saying that your device is out of warranty. 

 

I want my device back to normal since it was not my fault otherwise i have to take action against samsung.

Does anyone know how to start a class action lawsuit and how much it would cost? I heard most class actions dont get paid until you win. But I am seriously considering starting one bc this is bs and we shouldn't have to pay out of pocket for a fault on their end
