Same problems with dropped calls on S22 Ultra hear in the U.S. Ordered and received a replacement S22 Ultra and have the exact same problems with dropped calls. Many others also experiencing same problems even with a replacement phone. The problem is with the cell tower handoffs, whether that's 5g or 4g. People have commented that the Ultra is a "low signal beast". Well, yes... it's a beast in that it attacks phone calls and rips them apart.
