This is the main problem with Android in general, the Camera API (Application Programming Interface) is largely fragmented across manufacturers making it hard for 3rd party app developers to make a great camera app that will work with full features across all devices. Camera2 API and CameraX API was created to solve this problem but Google made this optional for phone manufacturers to use. Manufacturers opted to use their own exclusive camera API and locked out the extra camera hardware's and its features to their own native camera app leaving 3rd party apps with just the basic camera access. The Moment Pro Camera app for example, abandoned Android in 2020 because of this. If you mainly use mobile phone for video shoot and want to shoot outside of the native camera app with full manual control, going Android is not the best option as iOS still has the upper hand with 3rd party camera apps.

I understand that it's is still king but I just hate the look of iPhone, hey are so ugly and I don't want to follow the sheep by owning one. What about xperia pro I, they seem to have a proper pro video app, do you think that is better than filmic pro?

You can acitvate additional modes in Filmic Pro with the Filmic Labs. Just click the Community Button on the menú, then scroll down and switch Filmic Labs on. This will give you more FPS modes, even in 4K. It will also show 10-bit as available, but doesn't work, it gests deactiveted as soon as you close the menú. I haven't found any mode where 10 bit will work. Also, it's 10-bit HDR, not 10-bit SDR which are different.
Even in official camera app HDR only works on video with 30fps.
As an Android user. If video is important for you. Go for an iPhone. That's the only reason I keep 2 phones.
Hope this helps.
