Are you like me have a faulty S22 Ultra cannot make or receive calls?

Have you bought a phone case or other items and used them? Now cannot return and out of pocket?

I think Samsung Customer Service is pathetic.

I am having no GSM issues at all, if anything better than my S21U, which used to hang whilst switching between 5G and 4G+

Have had a whole lots of issues with S21U after android 12 upgrade

You are so lucky! Others are like me experiencing this problem. I cannot make or receive calls, lots of crackles and line drops, then cuts off. I tested it with the case off the same.

I have the S22 Ultra 256 model. I'll just return it and get my money back. The phone case is used for one day only and I don't have the box. That's £29.99 down the pan.

I have the Note 20, I'll use that till it breaks, then buy another brand phone.

Yep I've had the problem mainly with 5g.
Returned the phone for a replacement.

It took me ages to set the phone up. Twice it never pulled all my Chrome short cuts. I have not factory reset my Note 20, I'll use that and return the S22 Ultra. Once the Note 20 breaks, I'll buy another cheaper brand Android phone.

There's a bunch of glitch reports from S22U owners, but so far mine has been pretty much flawless.

I did see reports about glitches. I set mine up Saturday late, all seemed good. I put the Torro case on thinking it's fine. Sunday I had my first phone call, very poor and could not hear, the line dropped and was dead. I tested ringing a few people exactly the same. I done research, some have this issue others don't, this leads me to believe it's a hardware problem. I'm out of pocket £29.99 because I used the Torro case. On the face of it the S22 felt no different to my Note 20. I'm returning the S22 and at least will save my money. It's the last time I buy phones when they released. Lesson learnt just not worth the money.

What country are you based in and what network, I'm on giffgaff in UK and having same problems as you, your not alone.
I do think it's a software problem, some are saying if you switch to 3g calls are fine.

I'm gonna wait for next update but will look to return if not fixed on update.

I reside in the UK as well. I'm on Plusnet and they piggyback on EE. You have 21 days to return the handset after receiving it. I have opted to return handset and not fussed about upgrading now. I will use my Note 20 until it breaks. After that I'll buy a different Android brand phone.

I used to be with Giffgaff, honestly they are poor because they piggyback on 02. Trust me on this move to Plusnet they on EE. You will get 4g+ a lot.
