I have a Samsung S22 Ultra.
The phone worked perfectly fine like always and suddenly only changed into a clear blank screen. The phone did not fall nor did it get wet. I have tried to restart the phone by holding the power and down volume buttons in but it does not work. The phone switches of but when it turns back on it has the same total clear display.
Can someone perhaps assist? Thank you

It sounds like a Samsung Service Centre will need to have hands on with your phone @JohanOlivier
You may also find some more troubleshooting steps via a Google Search.
If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care. 😎

@JohanOlivier: I'm sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue with your Galaxy S22 Ultra. If you connect the phone to your charger, does the screen light up, and is the battery indicator visible on the display? If not, please try wiping the cache partition of the device by following the steps below.
1. Turn your device off, if it isn't off already.
2. Connect your device to a computer using a USB cable.
3. Hold the volume up and power button at the same time for 10 seconds. Keep holding the buttons until you see a Samsung Logo. This will enter recovery mode.
4. Using the volume down button, scroll down to 'wipe cache partition'.
5. Press the power button to select.
If the issue persists, or if you're unable to proceed with the steps above, then please head to samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Contact us, and reach out to our Support Team for further assistance.

Hello Andrew,
When I connect my phone to the charger the screen lights up but the battery indicator is not visible.
I am struggling to switch the phone off. Remember I only have the blank screen on the display. If I keep the power button on the side of the phone in together with the volume down button the screen does go "off" but once I press the power button on its own the display lights up again which tell me the phone was not actually off........

@JohanOlivier: Thank you for trying that for me. Based on the persistence of the issue, I recommend getting in touch with our Support Team via the steps in my previous post, and an advisor will be able to arrange for your phone to be inspected by an authorised Samsung engineer. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
