Samsung S22 Ultra - exchange device in London bought in Stockholm

Hi,
I need help. I bought my S22 Ultra in Stockholm in Nov'22 which is giving problems regarding display going blank and automatically shutting off since 2-3 months. 
I shited to London a month back and have given my phone to repair twice here. They even changed the entire motherboard as it was detected as kernel issue but the problem is still not resolved.
Next step is to exchange this device but both London and Stockholm help centre is refusing to help. Stockholm help centre claiming that they cannot ship to London, whereas, London helpcentre claiming they can't access my order details from stockholm.

What am I supposed to do here? I am really disappointed by the issues in such an expensive device and apathy of the customer care. It looks like no one wants to give solution.

Any suggestion or solution to this situation would be really helpful. Thanks in advance.

Warranty is typical only supported by the country it was purchased. You will need to got back to Stockholm if you want I guess

Phones from different regions will have that regions specific software.
Sometimes there's a difference in the internals.
Hence why a phone from a different region won't have a warranty in a another region.
Order details won't be able to be accessed in different countries
This is the thing about importing phones or using phones in another country

Do you have any insurance through perhaps Home Contents Insurance or some Bank Accounts provide cover as a perk of the account which may cover the phone. 

You'd need to check any policies details and excess costs. 

Other than that unfortunately you maybe stuck as Samsung UK have helped as far as they can via the repair even though the phone was purchased in another region.

Thanks for your response, Looks like you right. For now, I am giving it one more go with repair in London. They are replacing few parts, hope it works this time.
