So the "security update" on 30 Oct 24 that installed UI 6.1 basically air-gapped my S22 Ultra. I went to 3 different Verizon stores, and each time they would mess with it for a bit, replace the Sim card (or go ESim). And in all appearance it was fixed. Then as I was driving home, it would disconnect from the cell tower nearest the store, and not connect to the next. After the 3rd trip, they told me that it was probably toast and that I would have to buy a new phone. After threatening the Verizon employee (and their tech desk person) with a lawsuit, they agreed to replace it. For free. But this new S22 Ultra has never been able to connect to anything via Bluetooth. When trying to connect to my car, they both can see each other, but the pairing request is never sent to the car (when initiating by phone), nor received from the car (when the car initiates the pairing)
Then about a week ago my display started acting up. I have seen one other post about black text "smearing" downward. So I got that going for me, which is nice.

Hello @DoubleDang and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋
I can certainly understand your viewpoint and frustration with this issue especially as one phone has failed, and the replacement is displaying similar issues.
There is a diagnostic tool 🔧 found in your Samsung Members App to see if that highlights anything.
Generic troubleshooting steps are to clear Cache Files of the phone via >
Last resort is to Back up and Factory Reset but then set the phone up manually i.e don't use the back up.
You may unfortunately need to ask for another replacement.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
