S22 Ultra 256g Dropping calls

Has anyone worked out whether or not it's a software issue or a hardware issue for calls being dropped? 
As you can see and many already know of the issue I have plenty of signal and yet still can't make a phone call last longer than 5 minutes.

Thank you but I've tried all the trouble shooting like turning off 5g/4g, factory reset (which are a pain to reset up the phone afterwards 😂) network resets and I've had two replacement Sims from my provider just to be sure 😂 and the Samsung support is no help what so ever, they said I can send it back to them for an inspection and then return it but that then leaves me without a phone for 7-10days and there response was "you can just buy another phone to use in the mean time". Like what a great idea, make me spend more money

Literally having the same issue. I've called Samsung 17 times today, no joke... everytime I try to call the phone cuts out. No idea how to fix this.

Are you in the UK? Out of interest who is your provider? Mine is O2, I've also tried different sim cards .

Mine is Giffgaff which uses O2.

I had some success using my phone on 3g only.

Seems to be a software issue.

 

I returned the phone as faulty and got my money back, reordered and I'm waiting on a redelivery. 

 

If it still has same issues then I can change my network, I know this won't be an option for all concerned. 

 

Report the fault on Samsung members, this is how Samsung know what's wrong and implement software fixes

Mines Tesco again on the o2 network. Issue is I traded in my zflip 3 and was told I would get all my money back, because it was done using the trade in which I don't think is fair.

I think they give an extra £150 regarding trade in, that's the side of things that's more favourable.

 

I returned the s22, got my recycle back and a refund, didn't get the £150 enhanced trade in but when I replaced my order it was all the same. I even got some smart tag + for £22 on my first order and they allowed me to keep the special price on them.

 

Only issue I can see is the free buds.

My s22 ultra (UK/Exynos/512) on GiffGaff (o2 network) can't connect a call for more than a few minutes. Sometimes it will even drop the call after a few seconds!

Put the SIM back in my old phone and works fine, so definitely something up with the phone.

Samsung really need to fix this asap. I need to return my old phone as the trade in, and I need a working phone for work, not just family and friends!
