That phone is amazing😃 the screen just crack everywhere becuase i didn drop it down !it just fell from the power of the muffler because you made a video of my BMW and I put it to lean on a tube and from the power it fell and the display broke!

Have you spoken to Samsung or any other relevant insurance company you may have the phone covered with to find out how much it will be to have the phone repaired @Stamati

I call to Vodafone and make insurance after couple of days I will call them to say that is cracked but they say that I will receive refurbished phone no new so im thinking about they take many for insurance and 79 pound for cost and then sent to the people secons hand phone!

Some insurance policies terms do need to be checked to see what they'll do when a person makes a claim.

You'd have to check the Terms and Conditions of yours to see if they'll only provide a refurbished phone @Stamati
