Really disappointed with the Samsung S22 plus 5g. Bought this phone at such a High price so that I feel secure about the future updates and longevity of phone. But at a random evening it's completely dead not able to start again. Went to the Samsung service centre, executive said it's motherboard issue although my phone was in total brand new condition with 0 scratches, how the heck is this possible. Never buying samsung phone again.

Under warranty or not?

You can turn it on. After charging, but to do this, you first need to put it in the freezer. 5-10 minutes.
When it turns on, turn off the WiFi and set the flight mode. and enjoy the device

Hi @harsh072002 👋
I'm really sorry to learn of the issues your currently experiencing with your phone. 😔
Unfortunately Tech can fail which is why a Manufacturer's Warranty is applied which with Samsung is typically 2 years.
After that if Samsung Care+ hasn't been purchased then there can be a fee, and or alternative insurance such as Home Contents Insurance, and or some Banks provide cover as a perk of the account.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Have you never forgotten your phone in the cold and left? And what happened? But nothing. So there will be nothing new after the frosts. And if it breaks down from this, then it definitely needs to be thrown away.

As we all see, the equipment broke down massively. After the end of the warranty. After the update. Great. But who would buy it again after such a need?
