In that case do start the avenue to have it swapped out via the original source that supplied the phone to you.
Log out of all your accounts and factory reset it.

Yea, I'll soon contact my network provider that sold me the phone (TIM, Italy).
I really hope that I don't need to wait too long for the replacement lol. Gonna keep u updated. Thanks for your support
