I'm also on one ui 5.0 android 13 & have also completed a factory reset & I'm still on the beta software!

What repairs were carried out on the phone under your Samsung Care+ @Dve ?
Can I ask you to double check what software the phone is currently on.
What stage Beta is your phone on if it's still enrolled ?

3. It's still enrolled as I've not withdrawn it. I'm on the 2nd beta, the one that came out on 25th Aug

Not by me. I did a factory reset first and it remained on the One UI 5 beta before I gave it to the technician.
But when the repair technician gave it to me it wasn't... he had redownloaded the Android 12 one UI 4.1 on it... now I'm stuck...
