Problems with fluctuating in sounds when on a call

Hello

As much as I like my s22 ultra I have been having issues when on a call I am unable to hear what the other person on the other end of the phone is saying and I keep having to ask them to repeat it again which can be very annoying. 
Is anyone else having the same issues it also does the same thing with my buds in and because I can't understand or hear what is being said I put it on speaker and it's the same.

What can I do

@Anonymous User: When you're on a call, have you tried pressing the Volume Up button on the side of the phone to increase the call volume? If so, please head to the Samsung Members app > Press and hold on the app icon > Diagnostics > Speaker, and follow the on screen instructions. Can you clearly hear the jingle that plays in both tests?

I did that but will try it again if I hear the jingle does that mean it's OK

Hi, 

did you by any chance find a solution for this problem? I've been having this problem with two of the s22 ultra and the repair shop can't figure out why it frequently shuts off the sound at the other end. The wifi-call option is turned off.

I have the same problem. Even after resetting my phone still cannot hear when on phone calls
